Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Fatouraty (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Cloud: USD $19.99 per month, unlimited users, billed via our payment providers. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Own it locally: a one-time perpetual licence ($399 for 3 users, or $1,999 for unlimited users) that runs on a single device you control.

Fair use: "unlimited" applies to users, invoices, and transactions. AI features carry reasonable per-day limits to keep the service sustainable.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, for keeping your credentials and 2FA device secure, and for complying with the tax, invoicing, and record-keeping laws of your country. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful activity.

Fatouraty helps you produce compliant invoices and reports (including ZATCA e-invoicing artifacts for Saudi Arabia), but it is an assistive tool. It does not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice, and does not replace a qualified professional. You remain responsible for what you file with any authority.

Your data is yours. We process it under our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings → Your data.

We work hard to keep the Service available and correct, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach of these Terms, giving notice where practical.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Questions? Contact us by email.
